May 2008 applicant - Status changed to In Process

Hi ALL,

I am on 38O list. My applicantion was sent to CIO Nova Scotia for eligibility review in March 2009 from CIC Isb.

I have not recieved any eligibilty review or 120 days later from CIO Sydney.

On 5th Feb 2010 my application status is "In process" We transferred your application to the Islamabad office on February 5, 2010. The Islamabad office may contact you"

What does this means?

Any 2008 applicant with similar situation?

It just means that your application passed the eligibility review in Nova Scotia that is why they already forwarded it to the local visa office in Islamabad. They will now start processing you application (background checks etc.).
