I am an FSW-O express entry applicant from India. My AOR is May 14th 2018, as you could notice it has been almost 14 months since i have been waiting for a decision. Let me share my Journey:
CRS: 475
AOR: 14th May
Visa office that time: Sydney CIO Nova scotia.
Medicals Passed: last week of May
Additional Docs submitted(Schedule A form): 4th June
Background Verification not started yet.
Got to know from the GCMS notes that my eligibility is not met-for refusal as per case analyst and it was due to not submitting reference letters for 1 year worth employment and thus score reduced to 450 while current ITA's Cut of was 456.: Last week of October
Submitted Reference letters in the correct manner: 5th November
Got a confirmation of receiving docs and waiting for officer review on cse through which i sent documents: 2nd Feb 2019
File transfered to local visa office that is New delhi visa office on : 27th March 2019.
Medical Expired: 2nd April 2019
It has been three months since my medical expired and as mentioned i received the last update on my profile in June 2018.
I wanted to ask your opinion on what should i do next, should i hire an immigration lawyer as i have been waiting now for almost 14 months. I tried writing to my local visa office but they do not bother to reply. I wrote them several times.
Sorry for the long post but would appreciate any help here.
