Hi Every one,
My wife and I are trying to move to canada. my Wife have worked since 4th of December 2018. our daughter born in 24th October 2019. hopefully her work place pay all salary for more than a year and the insurance and tax are already pay every month till end off next 9 month.
I do not not if she shows a recommendation letter from her manager on a company cover letter and pay roll of company and insurance report which can show in previous year she was working in the company ,
All these documents are enough for Canadian Government to accept one year full time or not. her work place has accepted that she works from home and not present in the office.
I would appreciate it if any body can help me.

I'm not too sure what your question is nor what it has to do with maternity leave.

Can you try asking it again?

Dear k.h.p.
Hi, thanks for your replay.
first let me describe current situation:
1- we have decided that my wife be the main applicant due to her age and IELTS score. she is 25 years old and she has IELTS 7.5. Her brother has PR In Alberta.
My wife has worked full year since 4th of December 2018. so she has more than one year work experience.

now my question is:
my daughter born in 24 October 2019. so my wife should go maternity leave. she use her maternity leave since 24th October. but her name still is in Pay roll list of her company and the company pay the same amount of money like before her due date. Insurance and tax cost are also paid by her company.
MY FINAL QUESTION:
Can we assumed 1 year work experience for her or not due to her due date of my daughter?
