'Maternity leave' for new dads-ALBERTA

Hi there, does anyone know what the labour law in Alberta says about new dads entitlement to leave? Also, after how many months of employment will new dads be able to take 'maternity leave' - can it be done, even unpaid if less than 9 months of employment? Thanks

You need 52 weeks of employment to qualify.
