Maternal uncle (Mother's brother) sponsorship for study permit

Dear experts,
I am going to apply for study permit in Canada. My father died in 2021. So my maternal uncle( Mother's brother) gonna be sponsor my study permit. Will the application reject for this?

If not can you please give suggestions how I will make all documents?
