I am seeing the maintenance message but there's no links on it. What do I do? Do I just keep the page open?No, if you get the high traffic message it means you didn't get in the queue. If you see a maintenance message or the portal page, then you're in.
I was able to get in and saw the Master's Graduate Stream greyed out. Does this mean they already met the quota?

No, but I don't think I will.
After the queue, I clicked on Masters Graduate Stream and then on Sign up for one-key as I didn't have one.
After coming back from the one-key sign-up, I couldn't do anything on the site. It kept saying I should try again when clicking on Master Graduate Stream.
Does anyone know if signing up for one-key successfully means I will get an enrolment number?
You can signup for One-Key anytime, people normally do it before the stream opens so they don't lose their spot in the queue. This time around, however, there was very little notice. Did you get any email from OINP?
