Masters of information system or International Business

Hi all
i am Angad and being a newbie to this forum so i would like a lot of help from you guys. these are my credentials

10th :- 74%
12 :- 69%
Btech(information technoloy) 59.65%
Work Experience:- 2 and half years (still working as a system integrator)
Ielts Score:-7

Now i am looking for 2 courses i.e Master of Information system or International business in Ontario or Quebec
So could you guys suggest some reputed colleges in both provinces which provide these courses. And more importantly should i go for diploma or Degree and what are the job prospectus of these courses.

You should go with a Masters if you can (having said that, I'm not sure your marks are high enough). Colleges don't offer Masters so you would be applying to universities.
