Master's in CANADA & BE in INDIA

I have big Question Mark on my Face.

I did my Master's in Canada and BE in Computer Science from India.

To apply for FSW, do i need to evaluate my B-tech Certificates?

I have Masters Degree of 2 Years full time study in Canada. So do they consider 23 points with out evaluation of BE certificates.

Please Some one Help Me out here!

You don't need to assess anything. You can claim points for Canadian master's degree, which will be 23 points.

Thanks for response, yesterday A lawyer in Vancouver said that your BE certificates to be evaluated. How far his words are true?

I have to show funds in Canada or India? (i want to apply to ottawa)

If you are claiming points for master's degree (which you should do), then why would you assess your Bachelor's degree? The lawyer is wrong. usually only the highest degree need be assessed. You can show funds from anywhere as long as they are in your name.

Do they consider Partime Job in india while i am studing BE? I got job based on Diploma.
