i am trying to get PR over Canada. my stream was BE mechanical and also i did MBA in distance education recently. my query is that "i didn't get my degree yet, but i had provisional certificate". please suggest that DEGREE CERTIFICATE must or PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATE need for WES. please give your prompt reply friends.
