masters degree mandatory for noc 4011? -University lecturer.

Dear Sir or Madam, After WES assessment, my master's degree is equivalent to canadian bachelor's degree- 4 years. so i would like to know whether i am eligible to apply for NOC4011-University lecturer. Thanks

I am afraid not. Because CIC states a minimum of masters degree 23 points. WES says that you have Canada Bachelors equivalent, then you will not be rated for masters. anything short of masters, I am afraid you are not eligible. i'll suggest that you look at other not so hot NOCs that you probably have worked for at least 1 full year within the past 10 years.

I AM THINKIGN WHY CIC CHARGED MONEY WHO APPLIED NOC 4011 WITH HONOR'S ONLY? WOULD YOU EXPLAIN IT PLEASE.
