Master's Degree for PR's score and Which University is preferred?

I wanted to enquire about a few things, as I am planning for a PR.

I am a working individual in India, I am 26 yrs old and I am told that a Master's certification will help boost my Score and so I just wanted to know if only a Full-time Master's Degree is accepted Or even Distance Education is accepted?
