I am chirag from India. have completed Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering with 8.86 points out of 10 by july 2016. i have 1 year of field experience in thermal power plant. Now i want to move canada and the only option for that is student visa. express entry scheme CRS points are 369 which are low.

ME 8.86/10
IELTS 7.0
Am i eligible to apply for MEng or PG Dploma courses in Canada on the basis of my masters performance?
Is there chances of visa rejection? please help me. suggest best consultancy in Gujarat(INDIA) if you are familiar.
