Master or Bsc evaluation

I got my Msc evaluated and received the ECA report..
1-Do I also need to evaluate my Bsc as well although I am not claiming points from the Bsc.
2-I sent the WES a request to evaluate the Bsc and my file says "file under review", what does this mean?

1-Do I also need to evaluate my Bsc as well although I am not claiming points from the Bsc. NO, we need only the highest or point claiming credential to be evaluated. Read the factor 01 section in this http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG7TOC.asp
2-I sent the WES a request to evaluate the Bsc and my file says "file under review", what does this mean? They are again revewing the Application for BSC Evaluation. This will take another time
