Kindly help me. Which agency evaluates the Master Mariner certificate (Merchant Navy). & HND in Nautical science .Does WES does this or some other agency like IQAS, ICAS etc. The Master of Marine certificate is given after a few years in job and after successful completion of on the job training & after passing certain exams in Merchant Navy.
This is called a certificate of competency, In Rank experience as: Master Mariner. This certificate is issued by MCA coast guard Uk & HND by Scottish qualifying authority.
