Please help if you got this before.
I lived in the US (Massachusetts) for a year before. Do I need to get a criminal backgroud check from Mass. state goverment? If yes, How to get the record for CIC? Or I just need a FBI criminal backgroud check? Thanks a lot.

Hi roseapple,

You will be requested to get PCC from US states later on with your AOR. FBI certificate is must... the current time line for FBI certificate is 16 weeks.
To receive MA police certificate the time line is 2 weeks. Check the link below for MA details:
