Marrying and sponsoring a foreign citizen

I have a few question regarding marrying and sponsoring my girlfriend for PR in Canada.

I currently live in Canada and I'm a Canadian citizen. I have been in a stable relationship with my girlfriend for a year. She has applied for a study permit and we plan to get married in Canada later, assuming she has received her study permit. Then, we will apply for PR and I will be a spouse sponsor.

Here are my questions regarding the situation:

1. Will marry on a study permit be a potential problem for later applying for PR, i.e. the officer questions the reality of the marriage? And is there anything else that could possibly lead to denying her PR.

2. During PR application, if a study permit needs to be extended, will the officer be suspicious about her purpose of studying in Canada - since we have got married and have applied for PR - and refuse to extend the permit?

3. Which is a better option for our PR application, inland or outland? And for either an inland or outland application, is any one of us allowed to leave Canada after submitting the files?

2. as long as she has good financial support .
What I have been told, their (cic ) main concern for student permit is financial support.
If applicants does not have enough money to study and live in Canada, they become illegal worker.

For an outland app, do the both of us submit and then stay to wait for feedbacks in the country, which the applicant is from? Or, we can stay in Canada during the process?

She can apply for PR outland and wait in Canada.
if she has student permit already, she can study while she wait for her PR approve.
