Hi there. I am a Canadian with a non Canadian girlfriend. We have been together for one year now. We would like to get married here in Canada. She has been living and working here for two years. We would like to get married, but we don't know what to do. She is here on a work visa and working permit. Does she need to have her pr before we get married? So if anyone can help would be good, thanks.
 
No - she certainly doesn't need to be a PR before you can get married. You can get married now.
