My married name is on all my US identifications, but on my Canadian passport it is my maiden name. I am a bit confused, which one to put down on all the applications? I am sponsoring my husband to get PR in Canada under family class. We currently live in the US.

I'd pikc whichever one you use most and wish to continue using. Include a letter of explanation that eg you haven't yet updated your Canadian passport (if that's what you settle on). Then do that.
