Me: Wife, Canadian citizen, moved to California under TN Visa in 2006. Married Husband in 2013, I'm now a Green Card holder...

Him: Husband, American, we had a baby in 2014 who's also now American

Question 1) What is the FASTEST way to get started to bring husband into Canada such that he has healthcare and can apply for jobs?
Question 2) Can I "lump" my application for my husband along with my application for my baby?
Question 3) I've been working in the US for 10 years, how do I get back the Social Security I paid into?

Thanx dude

1) Apply outland (i.e. using the "outside of Canada" route).
2) No - you can't. They are two completely separate applications. You need to sponsor your husband for PR. Your child is already Canadian and you need to submit an application to confirm your baby's citizenship.
3) No idea. Probably a question better posted on a US forum. Note that if you are only planning on returning to the US for a few short visits each year, you are going to lose your Green Card status.

If you have further questions you should post them in the Family Sponsorship section of the forum.

OK thanks for your response scylla. I just wanted to make sure I didn't miss out on any loopholes.

Yes, I know I will lose GC status. I believe the GC is temporary and expires after some time..
