Married in Canada need to Remain in Canada as a visitor QUESTION

Hello Everyone,
I have a simple question regarding form 5708. I got married last Summer in Canada and we started my family sponsorship OUTLAND for PR, while I still in Canada. To extend my VIsitor visa I need to complete this form
The application form 5708 "Remain in Canada as a visitor or a Temporary Resident Permit Holder point 7
Ask "Current country of Residence"
The last 5 months I ve been here in Canada under my VSITOR VISA, so when they ask for Current country of Residence.... Shall I write CANADA status: Visitor period: XXX until present
Or shall I write my country of origen? and the Status of Residence since I was born to the Present? Who humano is citizen... Right?
I know it s confusing... So Help me please
