If your parents or grandparents are alive, anywhere in the world, whether they want to be sponsored or not, you can’t sponsor your siblings. PGP sponsorship that’s priority over every ting but spousal/ family sponsorship. If the parents/grandparents are deceased, the Daugherty could possibly sponsor the sibling in very specific circumstances.

Thanks for reply I know this I will clear you my concern if daughter sponsor both parents can parents sponsor there children under 22 same time or same application so they all land same time and become pr

Yes, the siblings can be included in the application. Assuming future PGP programs follow the same requirements, you would need to meet LICO for 3 years before you could enter the draw for PGP.
