Are you asking how long you would have to be married before he could sponsor you? Are you asking how long you have to stay married to him after you arrive in Canada? Is your husband already a PR or citizen? Is he becoming a PR soon? Is he a dependent in his parents application? If your husband is already part of his parents' immigration application then you need to be careful when you get married. If you do it at the wrong time, he'll no longer be a dependent and won't be able to obtain PR along with his family.
