marriage issue wrt COPR

I got my COPR recently and planning to get married before i do landing. 3 questions:

1. i want to notify VO of my marital status change. How to notify them? How to submit documents to them, steps, process etc ?
2. How much time does it take for both of us to get the COPR assuming all docs are submitted correctly and in time ?
3. Is this a risky step compared to landing, then getting married & then doing spousal sponsor ?

You can notify through Case Specific Enquiry and send an email to Visa Office.
They will provide the next steps to do.
2. How much time does it take for both of us to get the COPR assuming all docs are submitted correctly and in time ?
It depends on the Visa Office. The reissue of COPR is taking around 2-4 months but it doesn't mean all may finish in that time frame.
3. Is this a risky step compared to landing, then getting married & then doing spousal sponsor ?
Its upto the applicant. Either way is fine.
If you marry before landing, you have to wait until the reissue of COPR.
If you marry after landing, you can be in Canada while spouse sponsorship application is being processed. Please be aware spouse sponsorship may take around 1 year.
