I was charged with marriage fraud in the year 2010 by United states, Immigration. I am planning to apply for FSW Canada Programme 2014. What are my chances of making it to canada. please suggest if theres a standard procedure to represent all the facts with out having to lie

You seriously need to consult a best Canadian Consultant/Lawyer. Discuss with him in detail so he can help you out with possible solutions.

Good Luck!

Yes, you need a lawyer to help you through this.

There is no "having to lie." If you lie, you'll be rejected and banned, simple as that. So tell the truth and get a good lawyer you help you.
