Marriage Certificate

Hello Everyone,

I recently received a query from CIC to submit my marriage certificate after I completed my medical request. Unfortunately, I never bothered to get one as I had marriage certificate issued by Church which I submitted along with my PR application. In the past, I used this document for obtaining my spouse passport & visa for different countries as well as to get Canada visa & work permit extensions.

Based on my current situation, I can't travel back to my county to obtain the certificate. Can you please advise how should I address this query

I don't have a lawyer. All I depend on this forum only now.

Try contacting ur home country consulate in the city you are living.
