Dear sir,
My parents above 70 yrs had already visited Canada on visitors visa which got expired now.
Now they are intended to visit again in July 19 and while trying to submit their applications again online and we found in check list that we need to upload their marriage certificate.
They don’t have it and at this point of age they are shying to get it.
Can I proceed without it.
Or can we upload passport copies from where one can access that they are husband and wife
