Hi, I am a Candian citizen who got married to an Indian national in India. The marriage certificate is in English so I don't need to get it translated but ...

a. Do I still have to submit a notarized copy
b. If Yes then can the copy be Notarized in India or does it have to be notarized in Canada.

Many thanks

A photocopy is fine unless your country specific checklist requires an original (or certified copy of the original). Although I'm uncertain if where it is notarized makes any difference.
