Marriage Certificate date (Nov 2018) while status was changed to married on the profile (June 2018)

Good day,

I created an express entry profile sometimes in June 2018... but because I know I am getting married in November 2018, I filled my status as MARRIED at that time. However, I just received my ITA now.. Kindly assist confirm and advise further if there won't be any problem if i accept as the date I filled married was June 2018 and i got married November 2018 and I received the ITA Jan 2019.

Well, since you are now married just mention you are married? You should probably contact them before accepting and state the error you committed while filling your profile so you don't have to live any lies.
