Marriage after CoPR before traveling

Hi,

What options do I have if I get married after receiving COPR? Is there any possibility to include my spouse after getting COPR (before travel) to the application or the only way is sponsorship program?
And also should I submit my spouse's proof of funds?

You MUST inform IRCC of the change in marital status. You MUST NOT attempt to land as a Permanent Resident until IRCC has processed your spouse and reissued your COPR to reflect the change in your status. Inform IRCC via a Case Specific Enquiry.
