Dear Friends,
I am an Indian medical doctor specialized in Surgery. I have submitted my papers to the CHC through a consultant and still awaiting the file number.
He has told me to arrange mark sheets for my postgraduate medical qualifications.

The University does not issue any mark sheet for postgraduate medical exams and awards the degree once the student has passed or failed the exam.

What should be done about this problem? Will the CHC ask me to obtain any substitute document that will be acceptable in stead of the mark sheet?

Please share your experience.

Many thanks.

I have the transcript that says that the university does not issue any marks to the successful candidate. But, the requirement of the CHC is mark sheet. I want to know how other medical doctors have managed the situation?

Thanks for the post.
