My marriage was on 22 September 2021 and my marriage was registered on 13 October 2021... The problem is that when I applied for admission my marital status was single and I received my offer letter on 11 September 2021 after that I got married... So at the time of visa filing will there be any problem if I change my marital status single to married? Is there any chance of visa rejection because of that. What all documents should I needed to submit while visa filing... And How many days it will take for approval??

Seeing as you are married prior to applying for your study permit, you have to indicate that you are now married. Your marital status at the time of applying for college has no bearing on your current marital status at the time of applying for visa.

You need to include your marriage certificate in your application.

No one can tell you how long your application will take, or if it will be approved. I can however tell you it won't be days. You are most likely looking at 2 months or more.
