Marital Status Not updated in Passport

My passport was issued in 2009.At that time I was not married so my marital status on passport was 'Single'.

I got married inn 2010 and got divorced in the same year.I have the legal documents for my divorce.

I have already applied for Express Entry.Do I need to update my marital status in Passport.
