I filed PR application through Ontario Opportunities program and have now received Nomination Certificate. My question is the time I applied and as of now I am single. But if my status is changed to married say today and I file details of my spouse to CIO at this stage, will they consider this update and can she be immigrated with me incase CIC approves my application because provincial nomination certificate issued to me has no dependants listed

I will have to file a separate application for sponsoring my spouse and wait for lengthy processing times.
Also what is percent chance of refusal by CIC at this stage. Is it common to reject applications by CIC after provincial nomination certificate has been issued provided all supporting documents are submitted.
