I have one query. I had created my express entry profile by saying that I am single. But actually I am married. The reason why I didn't mention my marital status is that I thought if we are married then we must add wife in profile. But later, I knew that we can make profile alone without including wife in it. Now, problem is I have already gotten my ITA and I am not able to change my marital status. So someone please guide me how to change marital status after getting an ITA. My wife is with me in canada on work permit now. So I am in confusion that I have shown my marital status as a single instead of married. So if immigration officer checks history and finds that my wife has gotten her dependent work permit then how come I am single?? Would that be a serious issue?? Please tell me how to change marital status now.
