Marital and relationship status

While filling out the form Generic application form for Canada (IMM 0008) I came across the question "Marital and relationship status" it doesn't have the option of "Married" but just below
Annulled Married
Divorced
Separated
Unknown
Single
Widowed

I am married what should i select here ?

It doesn't help that the instruction guide for this form is still showing a Rev date of 2011:

What is the alpha character at the end of the pdf filename (or at the bottom of the form, after IMM 0008)? It must be F (or higher) if anything has changed since 2011.
