I'm also not able to register in the tracker and it's driving me crazy haha.

AOR March 5th
BIL/MEI April 10th
Biometrics April 17th - was updated in GC Key on the same day
Medical exam on April 25th

I tried variations of CAPS, tried using my country of citizenship instead of country of birth. Trying every day and nothing seems to be working.

did you get your UCI number? are you trying to register with that? because i heard that the one that appears in our account is temporary. is it true?

It’s true that at first you get a temporary UCI that starts with CAN.
Everyone who has given biometrics has their permanent UCI number (without CAN). It is written on BIL which I received on April 10th. I thought it would allow me to register in the tracker but it’s been more than 2 weeks now and I still get an error..
