My first cousin went to canada on student visa two years back. He is living in manitoba for more than 1 year but he got PR 6 months back. He is bachelor and have not sponsored anybody yet. Is he eligible to sponsor me for MSNP??? I am planning to apply for Express entry as Federal skilled worker.
