Received LAA(ITA) from Manitoba PNP after 10th draw. I had answered "Yes" for the question "Is your profession regulated?. If yes do you have all the required licenses. I answered yes because Mechanical Engineer job is regulated in Manitoba. I got 100 points for that. I have got no license from licensing authorities in Manitoba. On checking the website of licensing authorities it is found that this license can be obtained from APEGM body and for those who go to Manitoba. Do anybody got any idea??? Should I accept this or decline ITA???

Decline ITA. You need to go through whole APEGM process to obtain license. Degree and work are not sufficient to say "Yes". I'm Electrical Engineer (moved from Ontario after graduation) and I said "No" as well.

I am from India. My EE score is 355 only. EOI to Manitoba is age - 75, education-110, experience-75, IELTS-94, close friend-50, Outside Winnipeg-50=454. As I said 'YES' to regulated job, I think 100 points extra is included. 10th draw score being 554. Any comments please?
