Mandatory(or maybe required) Documents for EE

I am trying to create profile on December, so I am getting ready for it but I found that there was no such a fixed 'mandatory documents list'. So I am writing about all the possibly required documents for EE (except for unique cases)

**This is for single individuals only.

1.Medical report form
2.Copy of Passport(travel documents)
3. Work Experience letter (with company letter head)
-> with 3 recent paystubs
4. proof of relationship to a relative in Canada (for bonus CRS points)
5. Certificate of Family relationship (This is what I heard from the forums in my country)
6. police certificates of countries you have visited for over 6 months after you become 18
7. Proof of education(proof of studies)
8. Birth Certificate
9. Proof of funds
10. IELTS (or CELPIP) score report
11. Nomination of a provinces (some provinces is different and do not consider nomination as bonus points for CRS)
12. Photos
13. Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual form (if you are doing this with a lawyer, or an agency)

Point 5 seems to be relevant in case you claiming points for a sibling with Canadian PR or Citizenship.
