Making of B4 Form for 2011 landed Immigrant in 2012? Possible or not-Possible

Dear All,

a very quick question for all the seniors, Can I create B4 Form after Landing, or it need to be done only before landing? I landed last year and did not make the B4 form at the time on Landing, I am travelling to Canada next month can I request Immigration officer to accept the B4 form and put a stamp on it, so I can bring some of my goods and jewallry of my wife with me at later stage?

Please reply ASAP.

Yes, but submit the B4 at a local CBSA office (not the officer who greet you in the airport).

I called CBSA they also said the same thing that I can do that at the airport upon my arrival or any CBSA office in Canada...
