To the best of my knowledge medical schools do not accept transfer students or credits. You should contact medical schools in Canada directly to ask this question. That's the the way to get information.

If you complete your studies as a medical doctor outside of Canada, these credentials will not be recognized in Canada and you will need to go through a multi-year recertification process.

Becoming licensed to practice medicine in Canada as an IMG is extremely difficult and most IMGs don’t get licensed in Canada. You would need to do a residency in Canada but there are limited spots for IMGs which is the biggest issue. I would do a lot of research because many IMGs arrive in Canada and after the fact realize how difficult it will be to practice medicine in Canada. If you come to Canada you need to be prepared to never practice medicine in Canada. It is much easier to get licensed as an IMG in other countries.
