Major errors in marriage certificate

I want to sponsor my spouse to come to Canada. As we are in the process of completing all the necessary documents, we noticed that there are multiple errors in our marriage certificate. Me and my parents are Canadian citizens but in our marriage certificate, we are Filipinos. My address is wrong, my name is incomplete, and the place of our wedding is wrong. I seriously need to know what I can do about this, PLEASE! Thanks so much!

Did you not look at your marriage certificate when you got it?

How are you just noticing like 4-5 very significant errors now?
 
Huge mistake signing the certificate without reading! Now we have to have it fixed.

Yeah, I think you have to have it fixed. The VO reviewing your application would almost certainly be concerned about these errors.
