Mailing the application

What’s the best way to mail the application, how long it takes and what is the cost? Is it necessary/worth it to request the receiver’s signature?
Canada Post, regular mail? Registered mail? Purolator? UPS? other?
Please share your experience.
Also would you recommend any location to have citizenship photos taken in Toronto/Scarborough? I always see the sign PASSPORT PHOTOS but never CITIZENSHIP PHOTOS and don’t know if it is the same.

Use any Courier service (non - Canada Post) with tracking and signature apon delivery...
Passport photos and Citizenship photos are different...the cost varies from $5 -25 for 2 pictures.
