Mailing passport in China

Hello kind respondents,
I received a letter from CIC telling my wife to mail in her passport and other documents to the Canada Visa Application Center in Beijing in order to get her visa. However, my wife insists she needs a person's name and phone number in order to send the package through mail. Does anyone know how to do this? All I have from the Visa Application Center is the address which is:

Office Address:
Canada Visa Application Centre
12F, Tower A, Central Point Plaza,
No. 11, Dongzhimen South Ave,
Dongcheng District, Beijing, China, 100007

Isn't this enough to send the package? Sorry if this is a stupid question.

I just submitted my passport to them and didn't need any other name or number. If she is using a representative then she might need their info but it's a fairly easy process so she can do it on her own.

Isn't this enough to send the package? Sorry if this is a stupid question.
