Mailing outland sponsorship application to Canada from India

Hi Everyone,

I am preparing an outland sponsorship application for my Wife. But the problem is, I am in India now and my wife too in India.

Based on what I read from CIC website, The sponsor who is a PR holder has to be in Canada to mail the application.

Can I or anyone do try mailing the application package to someone in Canada so that, that person would mail it to CIC address?

No. You must be physically in Canada to sponsor her. Wait until you have moved back to Canada to submit the application. You do not qualify to be a sponsor at this time.

I am still working for a Canadian company, just not in the country now. Is there any way that I can submit it? I am returning in mid May.

Unfortunately the answer is still no. It's mandatory for you to be physically living in Canada to qualify as a sponsor.
