I am wondering where to send in my application.
It gives me two options.
1. Send it to xxxx if your spouse is with you in Canada but does not plan to stay in Canada while it processes.
2. Send it to xxxx if your applying from inside of Canada.
My husband and I are outside of Canada wanting to send the application from Nicaragua. Which one applies to us?
