Hi!

As my topic clearly says Im getting ready to mail my application at the end of this month, Im having my medicals done on thursday and after that just a few more things to do :)

I do have a few questions though that I hope someone can answer for me!
My sponsor is my husband and he his born in Canada. He currently lives in Sweden with me so we are applying outland through the London office.

1. Immigration Photos: The guied says 8 recent photos of each familymember, does this apply to my husband aswell even though he is just the sponsor? So it would be 8 photos of me and 8 photos of him? Or would it just be 8 photos of me?

2. Both in the Document list for the Sponsor Applicaton and the Guied for Western Europe says that they need copies of the marriage certficate, proof of relationship, copies of ID doctuments etc... does this mean I have to make TWO copies of everything to send with each application?

3. How do I go about organizing the applications when I'm gonna send it off? Should the forms and other documents be in a specific order? Do I put each application in its own envelope or can they be in the same? My plan was to put the applications in one envelope each but sending them both in a bigger and a more secure envelope.

I would be so happy and thankful if someone could answer theese for me! I'm definetly getting nervouse now since it's all coming together!

1. The photos are only for the applicant, not the sponsor.

2. One copy is enough.

3. Some people have organized their documents in 3 envelopes, which they then sent in one big envelope. Envelope 1: Sponsor documents 2: Applicant 3: Proof of relationship.
There is no set way to do it. You could just throw it all in one big envelope and send it off. In any case, CIC will tear it open and re-arrange it as they see fit.
The forms should be in the same order as the checklists.
