Mailing Lables?

On CIC checklist it is mentioned that we also need to submit 2 mailing labels with application? Are those required? Have anybody send the application with out those?

It was useful when CIC or the processing offices primarily used post mail to correspond to the applicants, but it is not used anymore with email being used now. If the applicant did prefer post mail as the means of correspondence/communication with the processing office, then the labels may be used.

However it is recommended to comply to what is listed on the checklist lest it is seen as non-compliance to the requirements - you do not want to have any reason for the application to be returned because of any reason, no matter how trivial or frivolous it may seem
