My Canadian citizen partner and I are both living in the Philipines and ready to mail our package. We used the new forms. On the forms it says if outside Canada to mail to:
CPC Mississauga
P.O. Box 3000, Station A
Mississauga, ON
L5A 4N6
But we are using courier service and I believe they cannot ship to a PO Box number. Is this true?
On the CIC site they also give a courier address
2 Robert Speck Parkway,
Suite 300
Mississauga, ON
L4Z 1H8
Is that the one to use? Confusing because no mention of it made on the forms, they only say the Box 3000 one
