mailing address Regular or Courier

Hello Friends,

I am sending my application from USA by USPS which is a US mail(United States Postal Service).
shall I use regular mail address or courier address?
please confirm.

Regular mail. Though I would recommend actually sending by courier, that way you can see it's been received.
